Soooooo, there is a homeless man living on a billboard in Texas...
Hmmmm. I feel like they are exploiting this man to bring attention to their organization BUT then again he is homeless and part of the money raised will go to getting him a place to live...or so they say. Either way I found their approach to the issue very interesting.
