Haiti Benefit concerts in NYC

There are lots of events in NYC revolving around the crisis in Haiti that I am hearing about, here are a few that are confirmed in no particular order, when I get word of more I'll post : )

TONIGHT: 
New York-based Grammy nominated Jazz artists, Groove Collective are putting together an impromptu benefit concert for Haiti this Tuesday the 19th. Le Poisson Rouge has donated their venue for the event. DJ Logic, Bernie Worrell and Dr. Lonnie Smith Trio will perform and will feature various other special guests TBA. All artists, production, promotion and venue are volunteering their services for the effort.
100% of ticket proceeds go to Haiti ActionHands TogetherThe Lambi Fund of Haiti and Grassroots International 
This concert is general admission. All tickets are donation in whatever amount you choose. Minimum suggested donation is $20.



A Monthly Bondfire will be collecting supplies to send to victims of the earthquake in Haiti

What: A fund raiser benefiting the Yele Earthquake Fund (Raffle, Haitian Music, happy hour specials, food and clothes drive)
When: Jan 21, 2010
Where: B Smith's Restaurant 320 West 46th Street 212 315 1100.  A portion of the food and beverage proceeds will go to the Yele Organizations.

JAN 30th @ Santos Party House NYC.  50% OF THE DOOR'S PROCEEDS WILL GO TO THE EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND VIA DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
