She's So Fresh Showcase II (pics)
Last week I hit up the She's So Fresh showcase in the city and had a great time! Everyone wants to know where all the female emcees are and they were in the building that night! Every female that touched the stage brought an original flavor and managed to turn me into a fan of music all over again.
The show was hosted by Rise Up Radio's own Tasty Keish
First up was a group called The Misnomer(s). 2 Korean sisters from Bed Stuy that combine lyrics with a violin. DOPE.

My BB video camera did no justice in capturing the magic that was DJ Chela's set and of course as soon as I stopped recording she did some slick shit that I've seen many male dj's do and only a few females; she pulled her shirt over her head covering her face while mixing and proceeded to take the shirt completely off, all while never missing a beat. She's Soooooooo Fresh.
