Ross looks like a straight up ex cop with that jacket on with the sleeves rolled up.  I swear as soon as I saw him I got the image of Officer Roscoe from New Jersey Drive my head.  The scene where he beats the kid up in the station.  He had on that tight ass jean jacket.  smh.  Can't find a pic or clip of it but,  that's where my mind took it lol.
