Ok BET, I see that you're trying to clean up your act, on Sunday's at least.  I have to admit Sunday's are the best time to watch BET and sometimes MTV.  Maybe I'm late but I just discovered this show and I actually watched it and enjoyed it.  I have to admit I'm not all that holy, holy and I'm really not into Gospel music but this show is cool.  It's exactly what it sounds like a gospel version of 106 and Park but I think it's a wonderful idea and should have been introduced a long time ago. The hosts are Angel of the group Trinity 5:7 and Jorel of the group 21:03 and it comes on Sundays at noon.


It also turned me onto some new music.  I'd never heard of Jorel's group 21:03 but I'm feeling this song "A Time 4 A Change"
