Seriously.  Two stand out roles:
Columbus Short played Little Walker and did a fantastic job.

He is also fine as hell!

and Beyonce as Etta James

I can't front, she played her ass off in this movie.  Of course Jeffrey Wright did his thing as always as well as Gabriel Union but I think these two really stood out.
