Earlier this morning Foxy was scheduled to show up in court for a hearing in the criminal case against her in the BlackBerry assault. According to TMZ, she skipped the appearance and the judge has issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Brown's defense attorney, who was present at the hearing, did not know where she was and had not spoken to her.
