Oh boy...Girls Record "Brutal Attack" On Teen To Allegedly Post On YouTube

The fact that the media is playing this out is amazing to me, anyho:

POLK COUNTY, Fla. --
Video was released late Monday afternoon showing a brutal beating at the hands of a gang of teenage girls. Their motivation for the attack was allegedly so they could post the video on YouTube and MySpace...click here to read full story

OK, of course this is a very cruel act, but ppl are taking it too far.  A few things get me about this; are ppl upset that the girls were fighting or that it was taped and possibly going on popular sites for display?  I am more than sure that if the camera were not a factor we would have never heard about this.   If the problem with the girl's the parents is the fact that their daughter got beat up, lets be real and get over it, kids get into fights everyday, I mean real fights, give the chick some boxing lessons get with the other kids parents and move on. If the problem is the fact that they taped it and wanted to broadcast it via the web, lets try to find a more modern solution.   Force these sites to make better ways to monitor what gets uploaded.  If someone
uploaded a sex tape to youtube it would be taken off immediately, hell if I got a hold of Beyonce's upcoming album and put it on my site I would be shut DOWNNNN without question. So why not place the same restrictions on videos involving violent content? If youtube got a lawsuit 4 every vicious fight uploaded to their site, there would be no youtube.
Let's take it a step further, how many Bum fights/Gangs Fights/Whoever fights dvd's are sold or streamed on the internet on various sites everyday? Do a search on girl fights or anybody fights for that matter and see how many results you come up with, there's hundreds.  This is not new, ppl have been videotaping fights and uploading them for a min now, but no one seems to care until if effects their personal life (that's the American way).

I did in fact watch the video & I've come to a few conclusions.
1. That's a stupid ass broad.  There's no way in hell I'm going to stand around and let ppl attack me like that. They actually spent a good portion of the video arguing back and forth.  They didn't jump on her at once (you know the way they do in real brutal attacks) they took turns and had brief intermissions in between beating her in which they argued about why they were beating her...where I'm from that's not a fight lol.
2. I would have tore that house up!!! Did you not see the multiple weapons of choice lying around the house?  Ok we know she is not a fighter, but this is just a basic instinct, is it not?  I would have grabbed something and if I did nothing else I would have wrecked whoever's house that was.
3. So...what about the hundreds of fights that happen everyday that aren't being video taped?  The people who are critically injured with weapons used in brawls across the country? How come no one is causing a frenzy about that?  Because it's not being broadcasted into our daily lives so as Sonny from A Bronx Tale would say "Nobody cares".
My whole point is this: If the media never got a hold of this video and ol' girl made up some silly ass explanation to her folks as to why she's was all lumped up, nobody would give a shit. I'm not excusing what they did, it was horrible and they should be punished but if we're going to point fingers let's point them towards the bigger picture.  This is a small portion of the violence that occurs amongst young people everyday in this nation.  Let's work on why our young people are filled with so much anger and have such a disregard for another person's life and figure out a way to break the pattern of violence everywhere.  And while we're at it let's try and cure world hunger and poverty, you know simple shit lol.
